I am a new member to Frontera and I feel truly happy and proud to belong to this organization. From the very beginning, I have been treated with kindness and respect. Every time the field technicians visit, they answer my questions and teach me how to improve the quality of my coffee, as well as how to carry out each process correctly to obtain an excellent product.

They are also teaching me about the importance of caring for bees, which play a vital role in our environment. They support me with seedlings for planting, and every time I visit the cooperative, I receive warm and attentive service. I feel very grateful for all their support.
